Lettermen Sports operates from our home office in Blaine, MN. Our business hours are as follows:
Mon. - Fri.: 10 am - 9pm
Sat. 10 am -6 pm
Sun.: 11 pm - 5 pm
Bauer does not allow us to ship outside of the USA and does not allow the use of any type of 3rd party shipping process to circumvent that policy. In addition, brands like Brine, CCM, Easton, Reebok and Warrior cannot be shipped internationally due to policies set by the manufacturer. Any orders with the prementioned product being shipped directly to an international address will not be completed or will be canceled.
All orders placed after 9am Central Standard Time, will ship the following
business day. Next Day and 2nd Day Air, will take priority over orders with
normal shipping.
If an item ordered is not in our warehouse, we ship from one of our store locations.
Multiple item purchases may require Lettermen Sports to ship product from more
than one location. This will have no affect on the quoted shipping fee.
We ship orders through UPS except for international orders. Normal shipping
for UPS is 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive an
email from QuantumViewNotify@ups.com. This message will give you your UPS tracking
number. You can then track your order on the internet, using UPS.com.
It is very important you enter a valid email address. Without a valid email
you will not receive order confirmation or tracking information. We also use
email as a way to contact you if we have a question with your order.
